​Community Development Module

In this blended module, we explore the interdisciplinary field of Community Development alongside Christian theology and approaches to mission.  There are 4 online teaching days and a residential weekend, which provides opportunity to meet community development practitioners, reflect on models of community development and learn together in context. Throughout the module we consider Community Development in a range of contexts including encouraging participants to reflect on their own community and develop their own practice.
 
Online sessions: 22nd Jan, 29th Jan, 26th Feb, 4th March 2024
Residential Weekend: 9th-11th February 2024
Cost: £550 credit or £470 audit
It has reaffirmed my approach, what I have learnt from experience I can now name and articulate theologically and with more confidence.
